Delete Your Account & Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can permanently delete your VDOlocal account and all associated data using any of the methods below.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
Order history
Saved addresses
Saved/wishlisted items
Reviews you have written
Cart contents
Push notification tokens

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

Open VDOlocal and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to support@vdolocal.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Data Retention After Deletion

Once confirmed, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., order counts for shops) may be retained for business analytics but cannot be linked back to you.
