VDOlocal ("we", "us", "our") operates the VDOlocal mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number (optional) when you register.
Location data: Approximate location (city-level) to show nearby shops. We request permission before accessing your location.
Order data: Products ordered, delivery addresses, payment references.
Device information: Device type, OS version, and push notification tokens for order updates.

Display nearby shops and products relevant to your location.
Process and fulfill your orders.
Send order status notifications.
Improve our app and services.

Data Sharing

We share your information only with the specific shop fulfilling your order (name, address, phone for delivery). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

In the app: Go to Profile → Delete Account.
Via web: Visit https://app.vdolocal.com/delete-account.
Via email: Send a request to support@vdolocal.com.

Upon deletion, we permanently remove your account, personal information, order history, saved items, and addresses within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage to protect your data.
